Daniel was raised in Weston, West Virginia. He grew up hunting with his father from age 3, and was hunting on his own by age 7. The outdoors and sports were Daniel’s life until college entrance at West Virginia University where he majored in Recreation and Parks Management. After this, Daniel went to hunting guide school in Montana, and began guiding elk hunts.
Upon marriage to wife, Heather, Daniel continued to guide, as well as attend taxidermy school in Montana. From Montana, Daniel and Heather relocated to Illinois where Daniel guided hunts in Pike County. Along the way, Daniel met Jeff Danker, and so began Daniel’s role in Buckventures Outdoors. Jeff and Daniel’s friendship bloomed into Daniel joining the Buckventures Pro-Staff, and today Daniel is land manager and Co-Host for Buckventures. Daniel is a large part of our success, and a dedicated member of our team. He and his wife Heather have one son, Greyson, and one daughter, Everley.
